      Pros

      Team is remote and pretty knowledgeable.

      Cons

      Nepotism, poor communication, not able to keep employees if one client cancels, Management is gossipy, pay is not so great, benefits are very minimal, tools are outdated.

      Good comp rate fully remote I was there several years ago and a lot of that team is still there, so that says something

      micromanagement VP has to be on every single call no health insurance very small team, no upward movement
