Current management does not have take accountability to assist the staff solving complicated issue, instead let the staff handle everything alone 4. When harassment issue being raised, current GM nor VP rectify the problem, but instead bluntly finding excuses to buried it as in no problem within the management. 5. Prolong hire process which executive staff need to shoulder extra Manager workload, yet nor assistant from current management 6. ZERO communication within the management and the staff which leads to no transparency (always in the dark hole) 7. ZERO encouragement towards staff to encourage hunting for new accounts 8. Always procrastinated client request which leads to dissatisfaction and loss of trust with AVIAREPS
