-seniors don’t believe in working. They unload their work on juniors. -very designation centric firm. People talk to you after seeing your designation. Your team also constantly reminds you of your designation. -you can’t question your seniors, because it will come back to you. -If you have any concerns, reaching out to the HR or your senior is going to be a futile exercise. -mental health is a joke here. Nobody will support if you need time off or want to spend time with family. -seniors consider you as their PA and they treat you in the worst possible way. -mentally tortuous environment.
