Not many.
Maybe give contractors more opportunities for advancement? Or offer W2 employment guarantees after 1 year of contracting? I was there for 5, I loved being there but as a contractor I would have been fine with working directly for the company after a length of time. Because of the lengthy Boeing acquisition there were growing pains, unnecessary department shake ups and general changes that caused confusion and anxiety about potential layoffs during department restricting before covid, but exasperated in 2020.
