Cons
Honestly just annoying. AWFUL healthcare benefits. High deductible health plans are just a joke and an insult to the employees. Provider checks are lost, claims are misfiled, back to back phone calls with 1 minute in between, can’t go to the bathroom without getting written up. Management is obviously influenced by whoever they report to because it’s clear they see employees burnt out, overworked, and the MANY inconsistencies in the company but they still have to protect themselves by enforcing stupid policies on us lowly customer support people. Layoffs out of nowhere. Just a weird experience and I’m glad I got out of there.
