Pros
-Good colleagues with very good technical knowledge. -no macro management and time surveillance.
Cons
-you will never get the salary you deserve unless you have a good relationship with your manager. -No investment in the Engineers at all. -very very stingy. -no transparency at all. They say they always lose money although we see new projects.
