Pros

Up until the last year, managers were always the best I've ever had. They understood my business with my client and supported me in every way possible. Work/home life balance was great.

Cons

During the last year, management was changed out. New management was only concerned about furthering their position in the company. Corporate management lost track of the market trends years ago. Avaya held onto obsolete revenue models which were only going to disappear. No coherent C-Suite focus on cloud. Too many dogs fighting over the same pile of bones. People who are left are having to do the work of 3-4 people now.

Pros

The company used to care about customers, but they removed all the sales people who actually visited and consulted with customers to save travel cost.

Cons

The company's newest CEO, Patrick, only cares about getting back to a Cybersecurity company as fast as possible. Can't sell the company fast enough, but buyers can't get past due diligence periods.
