Pros
Overall, the company has some good people. But the Compliance effort in the US is a dead-end. Avoid working in the "Certifications" department, it's a black hole!
Cons
The leader of the "Certifications" department has no experience in audits, financial management or security. You're just creating paperwork for no reward. -Beware any "leader" at Avaya that has survived two bankruptcies. -The leader uses an external firm and hides behind their work. If you remove that firm, the leader is clueless. -Be careful if you have any findings or weaknesses, the leader lacks the experience to determine validity, accuracy, etc. The burden of proof will fall entirely on you to prove any issues.
