Gone downhill since new CEO hired - Anonymous employee Avantus Employee Review

1% raise for everybody in 2025, what a slap in the face. Ceo hires edf employees, where he used to work, whether they are qualified or not. Nearly everybody at Avantus has either left or been laid off. No one seems to be happy there. The culture has degraded substantially since the new CEO was hired. The decisions are horrible and the company doesnt want to spend any money to suppliers, always deferring. New board of directors micromanaging everything. Most of the executive team is clueless and very aggressive in how they deal with the employees. They don't care about workload or mental health. There is no work life balance. They will email and text over the weekends and into the late evenings expecting responses.
