Pros
My coworkers were the only good thing about the job, and payday
Cons
You're lied to about everything! Policies, protocols, and the bonus structure is constantly being changed without being made aware of them and then they hold it against you when you;re doing what you thought was the right way but NOPE! A pay increase is non-existent here. I knew people who have worked there for 4+ years and are still getting the same pay rate as a new hire, and I saw a manager that worked for the company for over 15 years and they let her go mid shift due to downsizing. If you're not sucking up to your manager or if you're not in a clique, you won't have a job very long. I also saw employees swear at customers, be rude to management, come to work high or messed up and for some reason, they are all still working there today. There's managers selling drugs to the employees, people smoking drugs out back in the parking lot, drinking on the job and upper management is aware of it but no one gets reprimanded or fired. They change the bonus structure constantly so its almost impossible to actually bonus; sometimes they'll even change it during the pay period so when it comes time for you to get your check and you're wondering why you didnt get a bonus when you know that you met all the requirements, managers tell you that the requirements were changed! So after you thought you were doing everything right and how you were supposed to, you weren't and no one told you because they don't want to have to pay you anymore money then they already are. Long story short, DO NOT apply here unless you're looking to meet a new connect, to show your PO that you have a job in order to stay out of jail, or to if you want to mark off "work a dead-end job" on your bucket list. Ironically, I recently heard that they're going to no longer be in business. Hmm,, I wonder why
