not much room to grow or progress

There's many wonderful people who work there The support from some staff are amazing

- SLT do not care about processes, their employees or their customer - Money making schemes are the priority, not supporting schools - Lack of awareness from SLT to what is going on in the office even when things are raised - No wiggle room for development or promotion - No project management which is a sham - People employed for random things and let go 6 months later
