Everyone is really nice and educated.

No backlog and tasks infraestruture for interns and juniors, most of the work is operational. False promisses about tasks that actually teach you something. You are viewed as a number, layoffs are really common and the company even fires interns due to lack of tasks. No room for growth inside the infraestructure of the company

People are friendly, Work is interesting, its a vibrant workplace overall

can get burnt out easily since the organization is pretty lean
