Pros

- Leadership listens to individual contributors - Tools in CS are effective - Flexible PTO (and we actually feel encouraged to take it) - Good work-life balance - Intelligent, caring team

Cons

- Implementations are very labour-intensive for the consultants - Role sometimes feels lacking in purpose and impact - Software is undergoing modernization, which is positive, but also challenging when the legacy product isn't getting upgrades

Leadership provides clear direction, which makes it easier to understand priorities and confidently support clients. The management team is approachable, transparent, and focused on creating a positive and successful work environment. The company also offers great flexibility, including the ability to work from home and flexible PTO, which helps maintain a healthy work-life balance. In addition, benefits like the wellness spending account. Compensation targets are transparent and achievable, which makes it motivating and rewarding to perform well.

Pros

The people here are genuinely great. Teams are collaborative and willing to help each other out. Compensation is competitive and the bonus structure is transparent and achievable. Leadership is accessible and clearly invested in the business long-term. There is upward mobility. The company is growing and people who show up and do good work are recognized. Canadian company with a genuine focus on the Canadian market.

Cons

The company is mid-transition, and that creates some internal friction. Priorities can shift and not everyone has the exact same picture of where things are headed.
