They have a lot of good people and have potential to change the Place they are working

They really lack the culture,training, Managers who could deliver what there aim is. They won't let you go outside campus even if its a holiday for school. Although they always say normally you have to work only 3-4 hours max that's a lie. The job needs your time atleast 6 hours in working days when the school is running. They want your availability from morning 6 to 8. They can make everything better if they can take suggestions feom their faculties (all)
