Pros
There are so many great reasons to work for AvantGuard. I have been working here for 4 years. I started as a part time operator while going to school full time. They worked around my school schedule and I felt that my leaders and supervisors truly cared about me and my success at work and in my personal life. AG offers great benefits even if you are not a full time employee, one of them being tuition reimbursement. This helped me out a TON during school. Aside from benefits, AG's culture and core values of We Care FIRST has made working at AG a delight because the employees and leaders actually take after those values. The environment is enjoyable and the work is rewarding, and you do get rewarded for your hard work and you are recognized for it here. This is why even 2 years after graduating with my bachelors degree I have stayed at AG because I have opportunities to learn and grow here. I feel needed, appreciated, and I love coming to work here everyday. No reason to leave when I love what I do and where I am.
Cons
Sometimes it can be a little competitive getting time off as a customer service operator. But even then, others are willing to help cover shifts for you!
