They care about their employees and are constantly innovating. The CEO works in the office in an open seating section with the rest of their employees. There is no title restrictions to talk to other people and there is no sense of egotistical bias.
Cons
It is a smaller company and the development team is young. QA was just barely established in the last year which leaves a lot of room for growing pains. Bonus system is a little strange.
