Pros
Co-workers are wonderful, and the atmosphere is pleasant most of the time. Job itself is pretty straight forward, but still has some uniqueness about it that makes it interesting. Friendly environment, and wonderful central station to work in.
Cons
Sometimes stats and/or operating goals feel out of my control, yet we get punished for them when they are low. Occasionally, when stats are low, the atmosphere is really unpleasant and heavy to work in.
