Pros

Meals are subsidised for staff, you get to help people survive real life emergencies, you also get a HMO.

Cons

The health plan for contract staff covers minimal ailments. You may experience headaches and trouble with your vision because of the a month of time you spent looking at a computer screen and calls ringing through your headset.

Help to save lives and properties.

Cons

Growth is really limited. If you are content with sitting down infront of your pc all day while you help with emergencies and answer enquiries, feedback and complaints, then this job is for you. But if you ate interested in growing a career and hoping more exposure, this isn’t for you. The company isn’t really invested in their employees. All they care about is that you show up, pick your emergency calls and leave. Colleagues in the same department are the ones that makes it bearable.
