Pros
Your pay is on time. They are very liberal with how they credit your time. Rules are sometimes followed, so schedules are suggestions and you don’t really need to be there on time, you can basically show up whenever you want to. No one gets wrote up for anything.
Cons
Extremely toxic leadership. The director and the nursing leadership need a massive overhaul. Residents are ignored and leadership does not investigate reportable incidents properly.
