      The experience I gained from working with Avantair was very valuable, well needed to advance in my career in as an aviation mechanic.

      Company unstable, that lead to an end and out of bussiness.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere, good employees. Human Resources department always takes care of the employees as best as they can. Every day is different and exciting.

      Cons

      Upper management should listen to the middle managers in the day to day operations. Not enough planes to support the owners.
