It was a great company with a people first approach
Cons
Avanade is not the same energetic company it was once. From a people perspective, leaders were pushing for a more diverse workforce but it was just all talk. As of recent, most of the members of the Adelante (Hispanic affinity group) have been impacted and given notice. I’m perplexed at how one ERG group could be targeted. Many of them were in leadership roles within our ERG. I do not feel safe here and I am just waiting to get a meeting request soon. It’s like walking on eggshells…
