Great self learning tools, autonomy over what you wish to study & learn. Good benefits although appears to be a tactic to buy people in the market. A great place for career consultants, bringing experience from top tier firms.
Cons
CEO is a robot. Has to read from script when presenting as do other Execs which gives the impression they do not have confidence or know the topic they are presenting. Came across a lot of people faking it till they make it, driving a culture of cutting and pasting concepts, PowerPoints etc with no understanding of the content. Many disgruntled clients, poorly solutioned deals driving long working hours. Often feels like a back office department to Accenture the parent co. Many workers on the bench, a climate of uncertainty prevails, paired with an anxiety at leadership level to scrutinise sales activity and sell for less.
