Pros
Working at Avanade is definitely a good starting point if you just finished the University or School. You can meat good people, the salary is ok, you have a lot of free time if you know how to manage it and you can almost always work in smartworking. Also if you don't want a great career in your life you can just stay here and work in peace, with time you'll grow in level and salary so you don't have to worry about anything.
Cons
At some point you kind of "stop learning" and I don't see any growing except in levels and salary if you're good enough. The involvement between other Avanade members don't exists, you just know your team of your project and thats it. There aren't any parties, meetings in person or other stuff.
