Pros
Resources available for learning and my career advisor is great. I've worked from home since pre-Covid for the most part.
Cons
Long hours, no overtime. I've worked an 18hr call, slept for 4 hours and was expected to hop back in a call the next morning. All for a below average pay. Work from home for 5+ years, still being required to receive a rushed vaccine or lose my job. If they required other vaccines, or something I would be more understanding, but a random vaccine requirement is ridiculous. Constant interviews in the meantime with companies that respect employee choice.
