Pros
I love the team I have at Avamere Coos Bay. We love to laugh and have a good time while improving our quality measures and star rating for our community. The community we serve has limited resources and I am happy to serve and help our seniors.
Cons
None at this time. The home office listens to their employees and Admins and is always changing and even though people do not find change comfortable in healthcare it is needed nd I respect it when it brings quality care and outstanding customer service.
