Horrible company to work for - Caregiver/Companion Avamere Employee Review

Horrible working conditions. Staff are responsible for too many adults per shift, there is no way to give everyone the quality of care they are entitled to because their model is to save money by staying understaffed. Zero dignity from the higher ups. All sketchy (at best) business, no compassion.
