      Pros

      Lots of growth within the company and TX region. 8 hrs. days, 5 days a week generally Tuesday to Saturday which gives associates a weekend day off even as a entry level position.

      Cons

      Pay is ok, but there are limited opportunities for OT in TX.

      Pros

      Company culture makes you really appreciate where you work. I definitely agree that is the "people" at AVB that make it great.

      Cons

      Nothing really... sometimes it is a bit of a struggle to wear so many hats.
