      Pros

      Team is good and management is very caring. This role is a great learn role for bigger and better things. Stable enough to help you get your footing professionally.

      Cons

      Not a lot of growth role wise and can easily get stuck, the pay is not incentive enough to keep you around for too long. Like I said use this role as a way to learn and grow skills.

      Company culture makes you really appreciate where you work. I definitely agree that is the "people" at AVB that make it great.

      Cons

      Nothing really... sometimes it is a bit of a struggle to wear so many hats.
