      I've been with AVB for over 6 years and I'm proud to say I can't find a downside of working with this organization. It's a great place to work and call home!

      Company culture makes you really appreciate where you work. I definitely agree that is the "people" at AVB that make it great.

      Cons

      Nothing really... sometimes it is a bit of a struggle to wear so many hats.
