      -95% of my immediate co-workers were decent human beings -Pay and benefits were decent

      Cons

      -Understaffing, understaffing, understaffing -At times, we didn't have the tools to do our jobs -Zero openness to optimizing processes -I believe my not immediate supervisor was secretly having all my emails forwarded to him

      Pros

      Company culture makes you really appreciate where you work. I definitely agree that is the "people" at AVB that make it great.

      Cons

      Nothing really... sometimes it is a bit of a struggle to wear so many hats.
