      Pros

      Love the company culture and how supportive most of my peers were.

      Cons

      I was unable to afford to continue working for Avalon because they pay less than the cost of living in each region and do not offer a great discount.

      Pros

      Company culture makes you really appreciate where you work. I definitely agree that is the "people" at AVB that make it great.

      Cons

      Nothing really... sometimes it is a bit of a struggle to wear so many hats.
