There are not any cons now that the bi-polar psycho owner was fired by corporate.

Team members. 100% Remote with Travel to Client sites.

No real communications between home office and me. Sales person hired in my remote location that I found out about from a client on an install, 6 months after he joined the company. Did not even have a boss for the last year and a half. Floating in the wind.
