Pros
Peers are good-hearted people. Somewhat flexible work schedule. Provides exceptional equipment and tools for employees.
Cons
Amateur executive management. Follows a management resource textbook because the executive team lacks overall experience. Demonstrated lack of care for overall employee well-being or growth. Dishonest management tactics, including deceptive communication to clients. All employees, except for the lucky ones in sales, are subject to extreme scrutiny including minor or mundane infractions. Interdepartmental politics and favoritism. A misleading attitude toward employees' work performance by management. An employee may follow the incorrect instructions for a long time without proper correction, only to be arbitrarily punished by management at any given moment. General lack of communication and transparency by upper management. Human resources does not work in best interest of employees and may even work to have an employee terminated without just cause. CEO projects that company will have vast growth without providing anything of substance to back this up.
