      Pros

      The team is absolutely wonderful and one of the best I've had the pleasure of working with. The management is fun, down to earth and very friendly, working hours are flexible, knowledge and willingness to learn are valued.

      Cons

      No bonuses, the work gets a bit mundane after a while. Work load is a roller coaster. There are some days where you have a billion things to do and some days you have zilch to do.
