Healthcare is a highly complex industry, and it can be challenging for new folks to get up to speed. With that, we ask our new team members to complete the training period with as minimal interruption as possible, so they don't miss anything. Overall, we find that associates are grateful to have all the information they need to jump in with customers as quickly as they do. But we hear you, and maybe there are ways we can bring some level of flexibility to the training process.
