Promotions come in all different shapes and sizes—depending on the role, the department, the required skills, etc. Some of our more technical positions may require a degreed skill, but many do not. Hiring from within is an integral part of our career development and culture. We encourage you to meet with your supervisor or manager to develop your individual development plan (IDP) to map out your growth path.
Because we serve millions of providers across the country and successfully manage a consistent volume of calls, we must follow a reasonably prescriptive call escalation process. But your advice is heard—and we can take a closer look to see if there are opportunities to adjust our operations and provide additional managerial support where needed.
