I can’t speak for the entirety of the organization, as many employees on other teams seemed to largely enjoy their situations. However, my experience as a developer in the Jacksonville office was overwhelmingly negative. The overall organizational tech stack is a Byzantine nightmare. If you find yourself on a “problem project”, you can certainly expect to have a target on your back, and the leadership team is certainly not above throwing people under the bus to pave over larger technical issues and an absence of system architecture.
I would frankly recommend that developers stay far away from Availity unless they’re slated to work on one of the older, established legacy project teams. Availity does not have the management wherewithal required to build innovative greenfield projects.
