Our Client Services team is arguably one of the hardest working and most appreciated teams at Availity. Healthcare is a complex industry that takes time to learn, but it’s not impossible. We know the learning curve can feel steep, so we offer extensive training for new associates and are working to improve our training every day, which is why we love feedback. For those driven to succeed and stick with it, you can have a long, rewarding career at Availity or in the healthcare industry (and many have).
We love our clients, and our amazing client satisfaction scores tell us that they love us too. However, clients calling our customer support are trying to resolve issues, so they may be frustrated—we can all relate. Luckily, most clients are grateful for the help.
Lastly, remote work can present some challenges. However, we’ve found that most of our associates favor remote work, so we’re continuing to adjust our processes to make sure associates have access to the resources they need to be successful! While we are a Great Place to Work™, we are also a continuous improvement organization.
