Hi there. Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We are so glad that you are enjoying our culture and commitment to quality. And we agree with you that we need to improve communication across teams; we have heard this before. We are busy (which is a good thing), so it’s tough to stay up-to-speed with all our different teams. We do try to provide updates through our All Associates Meetings, our internal video series, Availity Unplugged, and our weekly Friday updates from our CEO.
But we can do more. One of our core values is Open and Inclusive Dialogue. We encourage you—and all our associates—to feel comfortable asking questions, whether talking with your manager or approaching another leader in the organization. These conversations are so meaningful, and we welcome them.
