Thanks for calling out our commitment to providing a great work/life balance! We take pride in the ways we support employees living full and healthy lives. We do, however, believe that professional development the responsibility of each individual. We offer a variety of channels for developing yourself through technical training on Pluralsight, internal interpersonal skills training, career development tools and seminars, conferences and our Lunch & Learn program that debuted in 2016. Moreover, we have modified our mid-year performance management process to emphasize coaching conversations so that both managers and their team members provide feedback for growth and development.
