There's alot of downtime to relax with could provide good work life balance, but during that, management will breath down your neck and write you up for something out of your control. They even stated "if you don't have work we have failed to provide it for you."
Cons
They will fire 70% of staff without warning. They silently take away benefits like PTO and paid lunches hoping you won't notice. You will be given no respect, insane quotas with short deadlines, work a skeleton crew, and never be thanked or rewarded. The higher ups only take and punish
