Pros

Professional Growth: In a fast paced environment, there are always opportunities to push yourself outside of your comfort zone and find new opportunities for growth Great Team: The marketing department is full of collaborative, friendly colleagues who are always willing help get the job done or have a virtual coffee! Creativity encouraged: we have the opportunity to think outside the box and experiment with new ideas by hosting "solution squads" and encouraging full team participation Work-Life Balance: Auvik values work-life balance and allows for flexible working options! Fantastic Company Culture: The overall work environment is great, there is a very strong sense of camaraderie and support throughout.

Cons

Fast-Paced Environment: Although I love this about Auvik it is important to note that the marketing department operates in a fast-paced environment, which can sometimes be overwhelming so therefore would suggest someone who likes working in an agile environment and getting creative with resources. High Expectations: obviously at a fast growing company with creative freedom, there are high expectations for performance and results, which can be challenging fro some. Fail fast and try again is 100% encouraged though!
