      None to speak of; working from home was even highly scrutinized

      Where do I start....from the subpar pay given the amount of work they demand from you to the toxic corporate environment and blatant nepotism that abounds here I would say along with many of the other reviews posted that this is not a quality employer or work environment. The owner is a scam artist who is narcissistic to his core and surrounds himself with sycophants and family members to do his bidding. They never promote from within unless your family and having dozens of “cheifs” to soak up payroll dollars while they under pay the people who do the real work here.

Without knowing much about your dates of employment we believe it is important to respond that as a company we’ve come a long way. Our annual merit and promotional plans reward the results of our dedicated team members who have leveraged their time and talent toward helping us become the number one digital signage company in the automotive industry. We take compensation and internal promotional opportunities very seriously and strive to stay consistent with industry standards. Specifically related to promotional opportunities, 20 individuals have been promoted within the last 24 months, many into leadership positions. None of those individuals had any prior affiliation with the CEO. We currently employ 6 team members with the title of Chief which we feel is appropriate to manage our growing organization of over 100 employees. With anonymous input and in public forums it is incredibly difficult to address specific concerns but know that we wish you the best in your future endeavors.

      Pros

      I had the opportunity to work at ABN for the last year before I rode off into retirement. That said the decision to leave wasn’t an easy one. The company is the most visionary company I have had the opportunity to be associated with. Driving this innovation is CEO Jerry Daniels whom I have known for 20 years. He has always been ahead of contemporary automotive retail thinking. That led to products at ABN such as Dealer TV, Digital Signage and now ABN Inspire!. Unlike other visionary leaders, Jerry has complimented his forward thinking with some of the best talent in the automotive and digital engagement platform space. These include but not limited to the ex-CEO of Hyundai, ex-CIO of Blue Cross Blue Shield and the past General Manager of Americas for Scala. If you want to learn from the best and like a dynamic organization where the pace is fast and constantly changing you will feel at home at ABN. It isn’t for the faint of heart, come prepared to strap in and leave today behind.

      Cons

      ABN is a victim of its growth. As one of the fastest growing companies in FL the company at times finds that processes and procedures are not in place. This may cause internal conflict or the feeling of being left out. There is a price to pay for phenomenal growth and I for one would rather have it than not.
