Poor HR Practices and Toxic Internal Politics - Senior Engineer Autometers Alliance Employee Review

My experience with this company was unfortunately overshadowed by significant internal issues. One of the major concerns is the high level of internal politics, which often hampers productivity and creates a toxic work environment. Another serious issue is the current state of the HR department. It is now managed by someone who is unresponsive and unhelpful, especially when it comes to supporting former employees. After leaving the organization, I did not receive any of the required documents, despite multiple follow-ups. This lack of basic professional courtesy and support makes it difficult for ex-employees to move on smoothly. I hope the company addresses these concerns seriously and works toward creating a more supportive and professional workplace.
