Pros
Experienced leaders, that started from scratch... We as a team, focused on the customer experience. This drove our success in the marketplace. Thank you Mr. and Mrs. W for the time and the tremendous opportunity was a wonderful experience.
Cons
Long hours, very little time off however we all make decisions it's a rare opportunity to be part of an organization that focuses on the foundation. So I say Con>? There really aren't any Cons based on one's personal decisions and choices. You weld that gold or lead.
