The pay is WAY above market rate. They listen to their employees about how they’re feeling, how they think they can improve, etc. The people are so great! All very easy going but great at what they do and are very supportive of one another. The product is second to none. None other like it in our industry, which makes it easy to sell. Being around like-minded people is the biggest for me. I feel at home, and I have never truly felt at home with any previous company. I can definitely see myself being at Automatiq for years to come. I love everything about this company.
