      Mid-size company. Best working culture out there. Team Captains take time to talk to new employees. Teamers are very friendly and helpful. Feel like family. Great benefits and bonuses.

      This company is still more family-oriented than most you will find. Highly technical employees with a lot of expertise and insight. Compensation is competitive and gets better with time.

      Cons

      Slowly growing bureaucracy / focus on profits over employee benefits. < Benefits are still great, but not as great as last year.
