      Fairly wide range of automated industrial equipment engineering. Equipment largely built in house. Some machine shop capabilities. Relatively free wheeling work environment.

      Cons

      Unrealistically low job pricing to clients. Like most companies, way underestimating of what it will take to get a job done. Mid-management rather weak kneed.
