      Good Pay, nice bonuses, which is great!

      Too many to name! The are too many decisions made by folks that don’t know how the department works! Lacking real leadership!

      Cons

      The pace at which Agentic Automation and the solutions around it change sometimes make it hard to keep up. This is a great challenge and an exciting time to be here.
