      Great work flexibility Inspiring leaders that are invested in their team's growth and leading by example Great opportunity to be part of ERGs

      Cons

      Not as inclusive as it should be. Employees that have worked in the company longer seem to be indifferent sometimes and not open to new ideas.

      Automation Anywhere is an amzing place to work. Agentic Automation is changing the way companies do business and out technology is driving the industry with leading edge innovation.

      Cons

      The pace at which Agentic Automation and the solutions around it change sometimes make it hard to keep up. This is a great challenge and an exciting time to be here.
